Payment Protection Service

In Mecielo we provide payment protection service, meaning that when you purchased an item and you did not received the product within the time stipulated, we will return your money in full.
Mecielo’s Payment Protection Service protects users by releasing the payment to the Seller only upon Buyer confirming receipt of the order. Once the Buyer accepts the order, then only the payment will be released to the seller's account. However, if the Buyer did not confirm the receipt of the goods/product within 10 working days in West Malaysia and 14 working days in Sabah & Sarawak, upon submission of evidence by the seller, i.e tracking number and proper checking with the shipping company, Mecielo will assume that Buyer has received the goods and therefore will release the payment to the seller.
This payment protection service period is made from the two elements below, starting from your payment confirmation date;
1. Days to Ship ­ Determined by Seller based on the number of days it takes to prepare for delivery; (2 working days)
2. Estimated Delivery Time ­ Based on average delivery time; (5 working days)
3. Buyer Confirmation Time (3 days)
Example 1 : (estimated shipping days in West Malaysia): Mecielo Protection Service Period = 2 (Days to Ship) + 5 (Estimated Delivery Time) + 3 (Buyer Confirmation Time) = 10 days
Example 2 : (estimated shipping days in Sabah & Sarawak) Mecielo’s Protection Service Period = 2 (Days to Ship) + 9 days (Estimated Delivery Time) + 3 (Buyer’s Confirmation Time) = 14 days.
Buyers can expect to receive the orders within the estimated time of 7 working days in West Malaysia and 10 working days in Sabah & Sarawak, after payment has been confirmed.
Kindly email us at paymentprotectionservice@mecielo.com if you have not received your purchased within the time given above, as we can extend the period once, for another 3 days.
Orders will be automatically cancelled if :
1. The seller has been inactive for 7 days.
2. The seller has not shipped the order or clicked "Ship" by the end of the Mecielo Protection Service Period.
3. If an order has been cancelled due to the above reasons, and buyer has made payment – Mecielo will notify them with a refund notification.
In any event, you have still not received your order at the final day of the extension period, please file for a Refund before the 3­-day extension ends.
