BUYER’S AGREEMENT
2.1. You must follow the instruction given on the site when placing your order. All information given must be accurate as we shall not be responsible to any inaccuracies or ambiguities in the information given to us.
2.2. There are various methods of payment on our site. You must choose the one that is suitable to you and have available funds in your account or at your disposal to make payment for your order.
2.3. The price stated on the product page is not including the Shipping Fees. However, you may view the shipping fee on the shipping details page/column on the product page. Total payment to be made including the shipping fee will be shown on the check out page.
2.4. Upon receipt of your purchase goods, please check your product thoroughly and if the item received is damaged / defective / wrongly send by the seller, you are to return the said item back within 7 days from the date of receipt of the item.
2.5. However, if the product received in good faith, you are to confirm the receipt of the product through the website notifications, in order for us to release the payment to the seller.
3.1 The Buyer shall be entitled to make payment for the product purchased, pursuant to the various payment methods set out in Mecielo’s website. The terms and conditions applicable to each type of payment, as contained in Mecielo’s website, shall be applicable to the Contract.
3.2 Payment for Products purchased on the Website can be made via the following methods:
(a) Credit Card;
(b) Debit Card;
(c) Online Banking;
(d) Automated Teller Machine (ATM) or bank transfer;
(e) Cash Deposit Machine.
3.3 For payment through Bank Transfer, Online Banking or ATM Machine, payment has to be made to the designated Mecielo’s Account. Buyer must provide Mecielo with the payment receipt or payment transaction reference and email us at [email protected] for verification purposes. If payment confirmation is not received by Mecielo within three (3) days, Buyer’s order will be cancelled.
4.1 Upon receiving your purchased order, you will have to send a notification through our Notification / Conversation Page, by saying “Order Received”, so that we could release the order payment to the seller.
4.2 In any case you wish to Return / Refund / Exchange the purchased item, please quote “to Return” if you wish to returnthe item / “Request for Refund” or “to Exchange the item, in the Notification / Conversation, so that we could hold the payment to the seller until the disputes has been settled.
4.3 Please send us the Notification of Acceptance / Returned / Exchange as soon as you received the order so that we could decide whether the order has been completed or otherwise. We would assume that you agree to accept the purchase item and the product received is in good faith if we did not received any notification from you within 3 days after the date of acceptance.
5.1 If you are buying products on the website which is located in another country, kindly note that you shall be considered as the importer on record. As such, you must comply with all applicable importation laws and regulations when buying such product and you should ensure that the product purchased can be lawfully imported into Malaysia before purchasing the item.
5.2 Purchase of products from overseas may be subject to payment of import duties and taxes which are levied on the product reaches Malaysia. As a general principle, additional charges for customs clearance shall be borne by the Buyer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
